Teia is an Online Radio Show that searches for different sound approaches by inviting once a week 6 people/participants to showcase a 10 minute sound piece. So every week we live-stream a 1 hour show with several sound pieces.
These 10 minute files, that each participant is in charge of, should reflect the possibilities and diversity of sound. By such we mean that as long as this file deals with sound it's a valid submission. It's possible to see in our archive that multiple themes and working methods diverge throughout the timeline. Mixtapes, interviews, poetry, silence, any form of expression that can be made into an audiofile will be considered.
Teia is a non-profit organization that was built from the will to gather in a single radio program several perspectives on sound. By not having a main core Teia is able to have a more inclusive, expansive, diverse and experimental perspective on several universes.
